FAQ
Where are you located?
Our HQ is based in Toronto, Ontario! If you’re out of city and own an eCom brand, don’t worry! All you have to do is ship your products directly to our studio and we will take care of all the content creation in-house.
How long does it take?
The timeline varies depending on the project, but typically includes 1 week for planning, 1–2 days for filming, and around 1 week for editing.
While we aim to accommodate the client’s schedule, additional time may be required to ensure the highest quality results.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are limited to 2 rounds. In most cases, the desired quality is achieved within these two rounds.
Simple adjustments are not counted as part of the revision limit and can be made as needed.
How is the contract process handled?
Once both sides agree on the provided project quotation, the contract is finalized with 50% downpayment and 50% balance after the shoot.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Canadian e-Transfer.
